I was asking some people in the know just a few days ago about a new track in the antelope valley and was told that the city of Palmdale and the city of Lancaster DOES NOT want another dragstrip up here and that is that. If the citys were interested then Mike Antonovichs offices would have some information, but they have apparently shelved the idea themselves, sorta what we all figured after they got there name in the news right before Lacr closed , Might want to ask antonovichs office about it.
