banning is at a stand still , was out there labor day weekend to see whats up, the equiptment that was there is mostly gone, just a 3 scrapers(earth movers)and a water tank,(not a bloody stone has been turned)jagur tractor was there for a while but pulled the equiptment,all that remains is avillias conts stuff.
