As far as registration and insurence , not required . This is the e-mail i got from the people renting the track . I just got a hold of my contact at the track, and here's what he said... "Most cars can run but we don't allow anything greater than "blown alcohol with mufflers" to run. So, that would mean almost any other type vehicle is okay
