I have been to too many of these the last 35+ years.I will have "Revelation" out there for the final race.I have been coming here since the late 70's when it was called "King's Antelope Valley Raceway".This is more than just losing an old freind,we are losing a place were families and freinds met the last 43+ years. We are losing a place that made the differance for someone who chose to race at LACR instead of the street.
I want to thank Bernie Longjohn for helping me start my dream over 2 decades ago getting my competion licence.I hope you enjoy your new gig and much success, God know's you deserve it.I want to thank all the people who were part of it and to those that are no longer with us.Thank you for nearly 3 decades of memories. Some people called it "Palmdirt",I call it my home track "The Bernieplex" , no it wasn't fancy but it was our "Diamond in the Rough".
I will truly miss her as she joins her famous brothers in history.
