That sounds all fine and dandy, but please keep the public in the loop. Racelegal is great and all, and I think they also wanted to save Carlsbad, but the progress or updates about saving that track started drying up as the date got closer for Carlsbad. Keeping us (the racers and public) in the loop will help us feel assured that the fight is still on. I am doing my part by contacting state officials, but if no updates are announced, it may seem like the fight is over. What else can we do besides keep bugging the state officials until they accuse us of spamming their inboxes? :-)
