Everyone sure has a lot of opinions on my "crying" or whatever else you would like to call it. People are commanding me to stay home, insulting me, and insulting my intelligence (Bernie). I'd like to just say this once and for all...As I have stated several times, I only posted here to try to get answers from some of the locals because Bernie and the track were not giving me anything. BTW, I still have not seen any emails from Bernie. I have every right to complain and "cry" about what happened. The other winners have no complaint because they at least walked away with a monetary reward. I received nothing but a sunburn, a lighter wallet, and wear and tear on my vehicles for my win. I'm sorry for what ever you guys think, but that plain sucks! Everyone has taken their chances here to attack my character just because I asked some questions and stated some opinions. Appearently I gave way too much credit to the regular LACR racers in thinking that you might help me out. Don't lose any sleep guys and gals, I'll stay home for now on. The track is closing anyway so I'm not terribly worried. And, this is not a jab at the track, but because of the dust situation, my 5000 pound, all wheel drive truck even has traction issues there. Bottom line...I want my reward for winning. I won't be back to "your" track ever. I only go for the Wally races anyway and I accomplished my goal in that so you could say that my work at LACR is done! A great man once said that "A smart racer would call the track about this." I leave you all with this..."A smart track manager would order the Wally's BEFORE advertising and holding a ND Challenge race." Just my opinion... I have been assured by Mike Rice that I will get my trophy, one way or another.
