Amy Sterrett is pretty close. The words that go before what she has are these:
Of all of the girls I ever knew,

Fate must have planned it right from the start,

She'll never change...etc.
I also remember it as:
With a love ever new.
Rather than:
With a charm ever new.
But then it has been almost 53 years ago.
The melody was "The Sweetheart of Sigma Chi".
