I don't have pictures, as they were on my old computer that died But here is an extreme case of scissor beak, left untreated. Hers was always trimmed. And I remember exactly now, she did have a split bottom beak like her sibling, but only one side would overgrow. I had to trim one of the split parts on her bottom from time to time. When she got very old, her top started overgrowing, because she stopped using her mineral block, and would look like this pic if I had let it.
but she never looked like this. Sometimes her bottom beak on one side would try to curve up like that, but it was always kept pretty well trimmed.
