What I read with that disorder, is only about ducks mind you, but it says for them, it's due to nutritional deficiency. It's from people feeding them white bread and high carb stuff instead of their natural diet. I don't think that's the case with you and Bengy, though. For him it's a break in the wing, isn't it? Anyway, talk to the avian vet about wrapping it. They would have to do it, in order to get it in its correct anatomical position. see if it's an option for Bengy. He could learn to balance and get around quite wel while it's wrapped. Afterward, the wing might stay in its proper position.
