It maybe possible that your ancestors in this message board is a soldier who also doubles as a teacher in mostly critical areas.
They came in early 1900 & another group in 1908,so try finding them at the National Library.They are all over the archipelago,some of them are with their families in their place of assignment.Not all of them are US citizen just like those in the Thomasites.
