My name is Steve Wallace and have been living on Palawan near the Iwahig prison on and off since 1993. I am fairly well informed about the escape that led to John Finnigans demise but am always looking for more information. Can you refer me to any books or articles that relate to the incident? I have also heard a rumor that a Thomasite female teacher was killed by the same group of escapees near Aborlan, Palawan.
I appreciate any references or reference information that I can use for my research. Thank you for your time and assisstance. I tried to contact Tess Palanca by e-mail but was unsuccessful.
