Anybody know FRANK LOWE

Does anyone know where I could get info on my great grandfather, FRANK LOWE. I wa syold he was also a teacher and possibly lived in Butuan. He died at a young age of, I think 36 in the Philippines. He was married and had 5 kids. One of them being my grandmother, Katherine. Thanks
