Hi Glen
Jasper is great to learn on... he is very patient if you make a mistake and trust me I made alot as I was learning. He is VERY quiet in the box, stands perfectly still until you ask him to go. He never flinches when he scores, just watches the steer run out. He also is good at rating them. If they are slow he gears down, if they are fast he is ready but still perfect in the box and never light on his front end. He also leaves the box very smoothly. I am in South Central Colorado two hours southeast of Durango or three hours southwest of Pueblo. He is in pasture but close so I can pull him up and we can go to an indoor if you want to come try him out. Nothing rattles him and he is also AWESOME on mountain trails... will do anything you ask. I have decided I am not good enough to rope and I really love cutting more, that is why I am selling him and he is too talented with cattle to just keep him for a trail horse. I have found a cutting horse in WI that I would like to pick up if I can get Jasper sold, but I really want him to go to a good home.... can you tell me more about your setup? Feel free to email me directly at SuzyS120@AOL.com or call me at 719-850-5042. Thanks, Suzy
