Your dummy's horns might as well be mounted on a fence post. Additionally, the design doesn't allow for the need of any accuracy on the heel end. The legs hang too high for a real read on lower strand reaction and there's no bend in the hock to simulate the hooking action, or forward motion of the steer which is essential to determining the likleyhood of success of the loop whether you're scooping or setting traps. I'd say.... Go back to the drawing board and this time seek the input of a succesful roper or roping instructor.
