Yes i remember twizzle!
It was his arms and legs that could 'twizzle' round and round that made him stretch up and reach things.
I don't remember why he did it or any other characters in the show.
I have had the same blank look when i have asked people if they knew about the show as well.
Never seen a dvd or video released either.
