First, congrats on your promotion. From what you have said, it is well deserved and long overdue. But as one Marine comes home, another takes his place, and I'm proud to be the latter. I've been on ADSW orders since Feb and we leave for ILOC in May. Once again, our mission has changed and we will not be going as arty, but that's how it is sometimes. I'll just take my orders and march on.
One final comment, Sgt. You have carried on the fine tradition of Marine NCO's and please take pleasure to passing on the torch, and with no regrets. You've set the bar high for all Marines, and have inspired many, including myself. Fair winds and following seas...
