This is an officer question, but maybe another Marine may know.
What belts do officers need?
I know about the obvious ones (waist belt for Alpha jacket, blues jacket, all weather coat), the martial arts belt, and the khaki web belt.
I also know about the Sam Browne belt. However, when looking at the uniform requirements for male officers, there was a belt listed as "service, leather, black." What is that? Is that the Sam Browne? I have mentioned six kinds of belts. Is it a seventh type of belt?
