In the near future a race track will be built where I live. Information tells me that at first it will only have 18 racing days so not to compete with other tracks in the state, but will be open year round for a training facility with 1200 stalls. My question is this. What services, away from the track, are needed by trainers that come and stay for a lengthy period of time? Do most have travel trailers or rent apartments? What are things needed that are not usually available, such as supplies, feeds, etc. Any information you can give along with names of others that might have suggestions would be greatly appreciated.
