My son is developmentally delayed and visually impaired but always seemed to show an interest in computers.
In order to advance him from switch type of programs I decided to modify the mouse. I placed a big black velcro sticky on the left clicker. We then worked with the mouse hand over hand. The velcro provided tactile and visual guidance and soon he was on his way. Now he doesn't even need the velcro. I hope this works for others as it has for us.
