I haven't used that particular program, but have some info that may help. What type of Mac are you using? Some Macs have internal microphones, others require an external (about $35). To make sure your mic is turned on, go to the Control Panel under the Apple, and open "Sound." Click on Input, then select "built-in." If "built-in" is not an option, then you don't have one.
