Posted by pat You can copy anything from any source and store it in your scrapbook forever, so it is always available for pasting into any document. Lets say you have a favorite descriptive blurb for each test that you might use that you'd like to include in your evaluation reports. Type the blurb ONCE, then highlight it and copy it (hit Command-C on your keyboard). Go to the Apple, pull down to Scrapbook, and past (Command-V). Although you may not be able to view all the text in the scrapbook window, trust me...its there. Do this for each test you might use throughout the year, so now your scrapbook is full of blurbs. Now comes the fun part...When you write a new evaluation report and you get to the part where you have to report test scores, SMILE! You have BLURBS! Simply go back to the Apple, open the Scrapbook, and use the arrows on the window to find the blurb you want. COPY the blurb (hit Command-C) from the scrapbook. Then go back to the evaluation report, click your cursor where you want the blurb to appear, and PASTE (Command-V). Go ahead, say it! WOW! You can use your scrapbook to store goals, objectives, & other frequently typed paragraphs. You can store graphics from any clip art source. You can even store sounds, movie clips, and lengthy documents from the Internet. Deleting items from your scrapbook is as easy as 1-2-3! Its GONE. No fuss, no muss! Shouldnt all of life be this easy?

Heres an easy way to reduce your typing and save those wrists! Use your Scrapbook; youll find it under the Apple Menu.
1. Open the scrapbook.
2. Find the item to delete.
3. CUT the item by hitting Command-X.
