I found a great database program - HanDBase. I purchased the $40 version that will import/export from/to my access database and continually sync with that program. I have 4 databases set up: my roster with all kids basic info, schedule day/time, and iep goals; my speech log with drop down menus to quickly state which objective I use and what their result was plus room for notes; my medicaid roster (which is just a query of my roster) of just the kids basic info for medicaid; and my care coordination database linked to my medicaid database to use when I review progress, write progress notes, or speak with parents. Then when it syncs with Access I put it together in a report through that program and it all prints out easily and quickly whenever I need a hard copy. I love it and would recommend it to anyone somewhat acquainted with Microsoft Access, or any database for that matter!
