I found a wonderful program called HanDBase that I have begun using this year for data collection. I keep all of my students basic information, IEP goals, etc. in a database in Access (through Microsoft Office). This HanDBase program allows me to transfer my database to my palm and I've then created another database for my log that I keep each student's percentage each day for which goal. At the end of the month, I will print a report out in access; each student's page lists there goals and daily log. I prefer computer to handwriting anything and it makes my log book look so much nicer. I would definately recommend this program, you can just search for HanDBase online and find the program. I spent $40, but I think it is worth it!
Good Luck!
