The home version allows you to put 2 names/users only. Once those two users are finished you can uninstall and install again, but then you are listed to two users once again. The clinical version allows something like 24 names, you can add and delete them easily. Oh yeah, also, the home version you have 3 level choices: beginning, intermediate and advanced. On the other one, you can customize each game for each user and change them around. You can also make a game 'playable' or 'not'. Good luck!
