I heard that as a school SLP we are not bound by HIIPA, but actually by FERPA. If you just put the child'd intials or some other code that you create to represent a different speech/language group you wouldn't be violating privacy acts for the wall schedule. I use a palm pilot for my schedule. You can get them for not too much money and can download the schedule onto your computer. But, with the palm I can carry it around which is handy moving from school to school.
