I don't know about making the schedule as a screen saver, but, I , too, am constantly losing my schedule. Since it is so different each day, one can NOT rely on my membory!! What I did was print out my schedule at 2X the size (200%) output. This results in a poster size schedule that prints out on 4 pieces of paper, which I tape together and hang on the wall. This has helped me a great deal. Rather than print out a new version EVERY time the schedule changes, I use whiteout and markers to record the modifications. I hope this helps you, it helped me!
