I have spent the last two years learning how to use several AAC devices. My least favorite part was always the manuals (especially the thick ten pounders). I often wanted to find out one specific thing and would have to read an entire chapter of the manual to find the answer. Sometimes the directions in the manual were unclear and didn't solve a problem. Friends told me about the AAC website run by the University of Nebraska at Lincoln. There is a link on this site that has Device Tutorials for many devices. The tutorials are in plain English and if you don't have the time to read the manuals until the weekend - they are a great quick fix. The address is: http://aac.unl.edu
