Powerpoint is great for making social stories! Use a digital camera to take pictures of the student for the story then add text and special effects. Next let the student (if able) read/say the text and record it on to the power point. They love seeing and hearing themselves on the computer. You can also print out a hard copy to send home, or if they have a computer at home send home a copy of it on a disc. Parents love these too!
