Scanning & Making Cards Flip

I am a public school Speech & Language Therapist/Teacher of the Deaf. My student with cerebral palsy cannot point nor speak, has some vision difficulties, but has average intelligence. We have a Discover switch, Jelly-Bean switch, IntelliTools, and Boardmaker. What do I need to/or how can I create a Memory/Match game to be played on the computer? I want cards to appear to "flip" as my student chooses them using a scanning program (which he has demonstrated he can use). Thank you for any instruction, advice, or direction you can offer!
