Ok, this may sound silly, but I make my mouse a switch by setting the arrow to the specific spot I want it, then tape the mouse to the table. Sometimes I'll tape down the right click button too to keep the kiddo from hitting it, then I'll put a happy face or something tactile on the left button to indicate that's where you should touch. This is good for my kids who have the motor skills to "hold" the mouse, but run it all over the screen!!
