I use the mobileDB program to keep all information regarding my students. This way I have the parents' names, address, etc. to invite the parents to an IEP, etc. if I am not in the child's school that day. I also have kept logs on the notes section. However, I am looking for a way to do that on the computer with drop down-menus to save time. Since, I work in an urban school district with a transient population, I keep tract of when I request records or send records to another speech pathologist. I also keep track of requests from teachers on it.
