Posted by Robyn I downloaded Noah Lite, which is a dictionary and when a student needs to look up a word I let them use it. I downloaded FreeWrite and PicoMap from HiCE which are good for written language with the students. I also love the alarms. I can't count how many times it has saved me from forgetting an appointment! I always add travel and prep time so the alarm notifies me to get ready to go.

I use my PDA to keep track of which teachers have come to me with concerns. I made a category for each school. I use the date stamp to record the date of the conversation (a shortcut) and briefly describe the encounter.
