The Universal Disk Ejector Tool, if you want to impress your friends) and insert it into the tiny hole just above or next to the disk drive slot. Push firmly to manually eject the disk. 3. If this doesn't work, your disk shutter or label may be really jammed--get professional tech help so you don't damage your disk drive. Always make sure the disk shutter (that little piece that covers the media and slides back and forth) is flat, not loose or bent.
Don't panic!
Don't stick anything into the disk drive! This could cause great damage to you and the computer.
1. Shut down. The computer will try to eject the disk when you turn it off.
Some prevention tips:
Always smooth the edges of the label before inserting a disk in the drive.
