Posted by Cheryll We spent several weeks writing goals and objectives which could be listed under each category, so they could be selected, modified, and entered into the iep. I think it will be a pain to use it at first, but then should be a blessing in many ways. One thing I like about it is that several people can input into the same iep so everyone involved can see the document evolving. Another thing I like is being able to access the goals and objectives when I am at a different location. (Without having a hard copy.) Eg. if I am out of town writing progress reports, I can access the website and reference the goals for the reports.

Our district has purchased a web-based product for the IEP process called Goalview. It is not fully operational yet. It IS up and running but at this time only brave and adventurous types are using it in order to find the bugs.
