Well the two new expansion teams finished the preseason with perfect 2-0 records. Coquitlam recorded points at every position to overwhelm Penticton, and Whistler got five points from their defense to rout Burnaby.
NorthShore was actually -4 in their loss to Seattle as Bellingham was the king of the hill with 11 and taking out Vancouver, as Stamkos picked up 5. The Stamkos/O.Jokinen trade last year could haunt NorthShore for years to come. Nanaimo got a big game from Martin St.Louis to beat Spokane.
