Playing Nabokov did not help things for the Buzz and Nanaimo takes a commanding lead (3-1) as the overtime proved to be good news for the Whalers with Havlat getting the next best with three points over two points for the rookie stamkos. Bellingham has to go on the road with hopes of winning back in Nanaimo.
Over in the Northshore, the home town crowd cheered as their fifth string goalie blows the Rednecks out of the water with a huge win to also lead their series 3-1. Spokane has to pull up their socks back home if they plan to stick around for more PNFHL action.
