I have no problem with Penticton being in. I do have a problem with decision changing when it affects a few games so it is okay to look back. Where does that stop and a few games becomes too many games. I fell the precedent has beeen set. To change that during midseason is an injustice. We have stuck to our guns over the years on precedents being set. In one way I do feel it unfair for Penticton to not be in but I felt the same way when it affected me and no one was willing to do anything retroactive at all at that time. I feel there should be a ruling on this matter but that it should not tale effect until next season.
