Either way the score is the same, as Vancouver's next goalie Budaj was also -4.
We'll just have to decide whether Luongo could have been activated, as players can be activated if their own game hasn't started yet, but goalie orders can't be changed once a PNFHL game starts, so there was a bit of a conflict on that one. Fortunately, it made no difference in the score.
