According to NHL.com Corey Perry is being suspended by the NHL for four games. He is also now showing up on the injury report with an undisclosed injury
Due to the suspension he cannot be placed on IR, as per rule 4Ab1 which says placing players on IR "does NOT include: (1) being suspended by the league
or his team".
Most likely what the injury report is showing is Perry's suspension, not an injury. I haven't found anything anywhere else about him being injured.
