This was from last Tuesday's council meeting. The current council has started televising the meetings and they can be seen through a link on the city's web site. Little did they realize this would also enable local news to report what goes on at our council meetings.
Jerry Jambazian is the owner of Wonder Cleaners (he took over this business from his parents) on Las Tunas and Loma. Judy Wong is the Mayor and is one of four who were indited on bribery and purgery counts related to the Piazza (former TC Theater). Two of the four have taken plea deals from the DA leaving the current and a former mayor to face charges.
