there's something rather lame about dragging a whole system of teleprompters to a cornfield in Iowa to address 17 farmers - it's like you and I having lunch and I give you a Microsoft power point presentation to tell you how I'm doing - but I guess if I had told the press that I had just campaigned in 57 states with only 2 to go I'd be a bit paranoid about not carrying along teleprompters as well - although - off the cuff seems to agree with the VP just dandy
