I read the 21 indictments and as I suspected, Wilson was the first to get the bribes. I'm sure she dragged Capra, couldn't get Gillander so enlisted Wong, and then Carwile into the mess. The first Wang project manager, Jay, acted like such a New York thug until he got caught, now he's going to testify against everyone to get out of jail time. Wong's mistake was taking the bribes in smaller dollar amounts more often than Wilson so she was charged with more offenses. Last year Wang had three of five council members in his pocket. Because he is cooperating with the DA, no charges are being filed against him. I am loving reading the Star News blogs. Haven't gotten up the courage to post anything though.
