Wait - I get it. You must be a CNN or MSNBC reporter Juan - because then for sure you won't get it and even if you did you wouldn't report it. Even Letterman won't include it in Great Presidential Speeches although he should because it would get folks roaring with laughter in all "57 States".
Now this isn't quite as obvious as that old trick question about whether England has a 4th of July - but it's close.
