I think it's better illegal - more intriguing and exotic that way. Plus anyone stupid enough to get caught is living proof that it impairs judgement
Imagine the Sham Wow dude doing info-dope commercials for Reefer Madness bongs. "Hey camera guy - you following me here? Hey camera guy.....wake up camera guy....you still alive.. come on camera guy!"
So, yes, I think every Bridal Shop in TC should sell dope ....as well as massages.
