Yes, emergency rooms are now and will only get more crowded than in the past. I was at county at 4:45 a.m. and found the emergency room packed! I couldn't believe it. Even the lobby in the pharmacy was crowded with people. I'm always amazed at the things I see when I go to county...I think everyone should experience it at least once in their life.
