"Office of the President Elect"

Anyone know where BO found this faux prop that he hides behind each time he addresses the loving talking heads when some more Chicago dirt oozes up around him? My guess is he found it in a storage closet at the William Jefferson Clinton Presidential Museum - except he had to airbrush an "L" over the "R".
