Some are speculating that Jobiden - being the rather loquacious fella he is - was merely repeating something he had heard at a confidential national security briefing which all 4 candidates are now privy to for transitional purposes. The operative word being "confidential". Between that comment and his comment about Hillary being more qualified than he is to be Vice-President makes you wonder whose side he's really on and if he should ever be given confidential information again with his proclivity for the loose tongue stream of consciousness type dialogue. "Come on stand up Chuck!"
