Yes, I heard. Actually if he was well dressed, it would be the first time in his life. My favorite Mr. Blackwell story happened when I worked for the Probation Department. A foster boy wrote him to ask him to design a dress for his foster mother to wear to a function. Well his f/m was very overweight, had almost no hair or teeth and bad skin. Well he made her a dress, got her teeth and wig. She ended up feeling and looking like a princess.
