Only his hairdresser knows for sure but it's not being perpetuated and that's quite alright with me. If Bill had responded to the inquisitors as well as Chelsea did during her Mom's campaign - all might have ended well, Al and Tipper would have ridden the crest back into the house on Pennsylvania Ave, Saddam's statues would still be standing, no one would know who Michael Moore is and Exxon and Shell would be giving away gas for free with the purchase of a page of "Green" stamps.
