Needn't worry about heating bill. We do not use any oil product here except for the electricity used to pump water from well. We have a water to air system, so stay cool in summer (avg bill $120 for entire house being electric) and staying warm in winter ($90) as we have a large fireplace with blower. great for a 2800sq ft house. Electric company is a co-op out here in the far reaches of civilization.
